12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Registration at Odeon Conference Center
12:30 PM – 2:15 PM Workshop 1 (Gettinge): Grow your endoscopic vein harvesting skills through simulation training To help reduce the incidence of leg wound complications for bypass surgery grafting, the ESC/EACTS guidelines recommends endoscopic vessel harvesting (EVH). Join this workshop and grow your endoscopic vessel harvesting skills through an innovative simulation game and leg model training. Relevant for new and more experienced users.
2:15 PM – 2:30 PM Coffee break
2:30 PM – 4:15 PM Workshop 2 (Medtronic): Mitral Repair Workshop with SimuForm Annuloplasty Ring We invite cardiac surgeons to participate in a hands on training. After a short session addressing the pre-operative evaluation and planning, surgical techniques for mitral valve repair will be reviewed. There will be wet lab stations for all participants to perform a complete repair in a porcine model with instructions from experienced cardiac surgeons. Please plan your attendance! Limited seats available
