General information
The Joint Scandinavian Conference in Cardiothoracic Surgery, also called the SATS meeting, is an annual conference hosted by one of the Nordic countries, being a part of the Scandinavian Association of Thoracic Surgery. Since 2009, the conference has been a joint meeting together with the Scandinavian Association for Extracorporeal Technology (SCANSECT) and the Scandinavian Association of Thoracic Nurses (SATNU).
Venue and hotel
This year, the conference will be held in Odense, Denmark at the ODEON Conference Center.
ODEON is a newly renovated and sustainable building spread over 3 floors, just a few minutes’ walk from Odense Station, the pedestrian shopping street and H.C. Andersen’s House and other attractions. In the adjacent building you will find the Comwell H.C. Andersen Odense Hotel with 157 newly refurbished rooms.
