At this year’s SATS meeting, we expect approximately 300-400 participants. The conference is a perfect opportunity for you to promote new and innovative technologies, products and services. The exhibition area will be in direct connection with the lecture halls and all coffee servings will take place in the exhibition hall.

We cordially invite you to the 14th Joint Scandinavian Conference in Cardiothoracic Surgery in Odense, Denmark at September 20-22, 2023. There will be an exciting scientific program on a variety of heart valve surgery, coronary artery surgery, aortic surgery, lung cancer surgery, mechanical circulatory support and more. A number of internationally renowned speakers have already confirmed their participation. We expect around 300 participants from the Nordic and Baltic regions, spanning the specialty fields of cardiothoracic surgery, anesthesia, perfusion and nursing. The abstract session will be covering scientific studies and clinical cases with oral and poster presentations. Details of the scientific program will be available here on the conference website.

 

On Wednesday we offer you a possibility to create workshops in cooperation with the president of the meeting if you are a Platinum or Gold sponsor. It is also possible to arrange industry related breakfast & lunch-symposiums. Additionally, sponsored presentations and commercials announced during the meeting are possible according to agreement. The on-site exhibition will take place outside the main conference hall. All coffee breaks will be held there to ensure exhibitors will receive the best possible exposure.

*Breakfast symposium on Thursday or Friday SATS covers marketing, conference room and standard AV. The programme of the symposia is organized by the sponsor but is subject to approval by the organizing committee. The sponsor provide speakers, moderators etc. All breakfast cost for participants will be added.

 

**Bag 0 € (maximum 1 sponsor) Sponsor covers the costs of the bag and print of your own logo. You will be able to provide a conference bag for all delegates, a visual way for you to increase your brand awareness. You are free to order any bag you like. The bags shall be delivered to the venue before the conference starts.

 

***Badge & lanyards 6 €/delegate, printing cost for the badge (maximum 1 sponsor) The sponsor will cover the printing cost for all individual badges. MKON will print the badges. (An invoice regarding the printing cost will be sent to you after the conference is over.) For the Lanyards you will design, cover the cost and deliver them to the venue before the conference starts. This sponsorship option provides a visual way to increase your brand awareness as delegates will be required to wear these at all times during the conference. We need to see the lanyards before to make sure it is suitable for the name badges.

We will have up to 4 workshops, approx. 1,75 hour/workshop available on Wednesday, September 20.

The programme is organized by the sponsors together with the scientific committee.
